My Background
I have been teaching guitar lessons professionally in Carrboro for nine years and am always open to working with new students. I hold a BA in Music from UNC, and have taught both privately and at the Carrboro Music Studios and the Carrboro ArtsCenter.
Lessons
Lessons are offered in acoustic and electric guitar, and are tailored to match students’ interests. Music theory and ear training are integrated into most lessons, unless you specifically instruct me not to share the secrets of the universe with you. It’s actually pretty practical stuff, though.
